Marshfield Towne Center has been considered the place to meet and shop in Marshfield, WI since 1979. As the home to more than 20 stores and restaurants, Marshfield Towne Center is the only enclosed shopping center in the community. The mall also hosts a large variety of special events and activities on a regular basis including the popular Farm Show annually in February with over 170 vendors and thousands of attendees.
Midland Management is in the process of exploring opportunities to redevelop the existing mall to better accommodate the merchants and vendors. New, but only preliminary plans have been presented and were well received by the City of Marshfield. As leasing efforts continue, the final design will be determined by the needs of the tenants.
