Casaloma Plaza

Casaloma Plaza is a retail center located on 1.75 acres in the City of Grand Chute, a merged municipality with Appleton and part of the Fox Cities, a cluster of cities along the north and west shores of Lake Winnebago, in Wisconsin. Grand Chute is 30 minutes south of Green Bay, 100 miles northwest of Madison and 100 miles north of Milwaukee. The single store, multi-tenant 19,568 sq. ft building is 100% leased to both local and national tenants to include the US Post Office, 2^nd Wind, CT Nails & Spa, and Half Price Books.

Casaloma Plaza is well positioned just west of the Fox River Mall, a heavy concentration of major retail uses. The Fox River Mall itself is an enclosed super regional shopping center, the largest in the state at 1.21 million square feet and over 140 stores in the enclosed mall.  Surrounding are many big box retailers and retail strip centers including Casaloma Plaza.
