Ned Brickman

A native of Milwaukee, Ned Brickman graduated from the University of Texas in Real Estate and Finance in 1981. His career began in St. Louis with Midland Development Group, a full-service, real estate company specializing in the development, management and leasing of shopping centers. In 1988, Ned became one of five partners at Midland Development Group and relocated to Cincinnati, Ohio where he ran the company’s operations in the Ohio Valley and surrounding states. Ned also supervised the company’s relationship with Cincinnati based Kroger Company. During his time in Cincinnati, Ned successfully completed over $300M of acquisition and development projects encompassing over 2.7M square feet. In 1998, Ned and his partners sold Midland Development Group to Regency Centers, a Florida based REIT.  After returning to his home of Milwaukee, he began acquiring additional properties.

In 2010, Ned founded Midland Management, LLC to provide superior customer service with efficient, professional management maximizing the value of the assets under his management. Today, the team at Midland Management manages over 2.5 million square feet of primarily retail properties in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio.

Ned continues to develop new as well as redevelop existing shopping centers primarily in the State of Wisconsin.


Alisha E. Mir-Marwood, CPM®

Alisha has been with Midland Management as an Asset Manager since 2016 following 10 years with Colliers International | Wisconsin managing over a million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties in Southeastern Wisconsin. With over 20 years in the industry, she has gained extensive experience in building and guiding top developing teams, steering property management projects, lease and tenant administration, financial review, budget development and reporting, optimizing internal operations, and property management technologies.

Alisha is a licensed real estate salesperson with the State of Wisconsin. She earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) in 2008 after being recognized by the local chapter as Candidate of the Year. In 2011, she joined the Executive Council of the Milwaukee local chapter of IREM®. She also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh.


Sheila Sanders

Sheila began her property management career in 1989 at Grootemaat Real Estate Management and was responsible for entry level bookkeeping and accounts payable. She began working at Ogden & Company in 1997 and was quickly promoted from administrative assistant to assistant property manager. Sheila’s duties included commercial lease administration and compliance, invoice coding and approval, CAM reconciliations and assisting the property managers with budgets and projects. Sheila moved to Midland Management as an Asset Manager in 2010.


Jason Parchim

Jason graduated the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. In April 2005, Jason began work at Polacheck Property Management as an accountant responsible for a variety of properties including both office, ranging in size from 50-400,000 square feet, and retail from 9,000-200,000 square feet.   In 2006, Polacheck was acquired by CB Ricard Ellis where he remained until 2010 when he moved to Midland Management in the position of Controller.


Kathy Rich 

Kathy has been with Midland Management as an accounting assistant since 2018. Kathy has a diverse background in accounting and comes to us from the Fox Valley Humane Association where she was a Finance Director for 16 years. Kathy has also worked as a full-charge bookkeeper for various businesses which included working for a large home owners’ association that provided its own property management division.  


Jill Ohde

Jill Ohde comes to us as an Administrative Assistant with over 30 years of experience. Previously she worked alongside the executive team of a Fortune 500 company. Jill is a compelling force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.
